Or 300 and something post giveaway! LOL! I kinda missed the 300th post a few back, but that's OK.
I had no idea when I started this blog that it would end up being such a big part of my life. I have met so many dear friends through this space. You all have helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. We've laughed, we've cried, and we have rejoiced together....there is such a sense of community here in blog land and you have made me feel welcome! I so wish we could all sit together here at my house, drink coffee, and let the kids play in the yard together....Wouldn't it be nice if we could all be neighbors?
To thank you for being such loyal friends and 'neighbors' I'm going to do a giveaway. Leave a comment telling me a little about yourself or even your favorite post, tell me what pattern you would like to win, and remember to leave me your email address and name. I will pick 1 winner for every 20 comments on Sunday evening.

On the other hand, I also really liked (if that is the appropriate term) the post where you were so incredibly real about your feelings towards the Lord after the loss of your baby. Your precious cries were felt and I couldn't hellp but think that Jesus was weeping with you, comforting you all the while knowing and understanding your utter and total loss Bless you, Friend.
Pattern I like is the Miss Madeline.
I always love the stuff that gets filed under "Confessions of a Hillybilly", because, living in Tennessee, we do the exact same things. I think the post with the video about the lizard being loose in the house was one of the first entries I ever read in your blog. (I'm an avid reader...not so avid commenter.)
And anyone who isn't hillbilly, as far as I'm concerned, is snooty. Hillbillies have the most fun. :)
I already own Miss Madeline, and have heard great things about Miss Molly, so I think that's the one I'd like to try next. :)
I have to say I laughed out loud at the miss Maddie post - I was so jealous of your well behaved, polite non messy little thing - and then I realized that she was duct tape - some mornings I need more coffee :)
I've been drooling over your patterns for some time now and would LOVE the Miss Madeline Pattern
congratulations again!
i also have the miss madeline and the miss molly, which i LOVE and will use forever and ever (or at least until my girl gets all pre-teeny on me and protests! but she's not quite 3 so i have a little time!), SO i'd love to give the miss lily a try! love bubble dresses and have never attempted one! :)
Congrats on 300+ posts! I already have the Miss Madeline and would love the Miss Molly.
You already know most about me--homeschooling librarian CA mom into heirloom sewing. Gonna sew that Easter dress for my friend's little girl's baptism!
And I like Miss Molly, please, unless you finish that square-necked one for older girls anytime soon...;)
I'd love to add the Miss Iris to my collection! :-)
I have 4 kids, 2 of which are very girly girls. I think I'd like to win the Molly pattern.
My favorite post is probably any one with a video - the one of your son with the leaf blower was hilarious!
I also appreciated the post where you had "Praise You in This Storm" by Casting Crowns. It introduced me to my now-favorite Christian band and is now one of my favorite songs.
I'd love the Miss Lily.
I love all your patterns, I think my girls would have me pick, Miss Madeline.
My favorite dress pattern is the Miss Lily.
Take care,
amy
I think my list of favorites must include the video of your son behind the dresser. I still laugh at the thought of it.
I also loved your post showing your new sewing nest. Oh I love it so much.
I most recently reread your post about making the arm sling, and made one myself.
I loved your post talking about all the cousins doing a talent show. It reminded me of doing that as a child with my family.
I was THRILLED when you posted about your adoption plans and continue to pray for you all.
What can I say? I am a fan!
I would love to win the Miss Madeline OR the Miss Molly as I do not have either of them.
Congrats on 300 posts!

I love all the patters, butthe Miss Lily always catches my eye.
I would want to win the Miss Madeline pattern. Although if I did I would have to put down my camera and fire up my sewing machine which has been neglected for a month or two!
I would love to have the Miss Madeline pattern! You are so generous to give patterns away! Thanks for the chance!
I'd love the Miss Madeline pattern. :)
I agree with you about the wonderful connections to be made through blogging, and I recently met some local bloggers at a crafty bloggers picnic, which was great! And well done on getting to the 300!

I love the video tutorials you did on crochet back in 2008, they were extremely helpful!
If I were to win, I would choose the Miss Madeline pattern.

TY :)
I love the Miss Lily pattern...
Congrats on your 300th post.
I have been lurking around your blog since the beginning of the year. I like your fashion sense for your children's clothes.
My pattern favorite is miss madeline.
My name is Aida. I have a 2 year old toddler and am now pregnant with my second. I just found out today that my baby is a Girl! I woud love to make her lovely handmade dresses like you do! I love all your patterns but my favourite is Miss Lily!
You are so smart to be able to do all that you do. I love your work. God has blessed you with a lot of talent. I don't know which of your posts I liked the best- there are lots of them. Often, I have to get my daughter to enjoy them with me. She loves your kids and what she sees of them. We love the honesty and the openness we see in y'all (yep, I'm a for-real Southerner, and I appreciate your sweet Southern accent), and your willingness to share of yourself and your family. I love the way you honor God in your posts.
Keep on looking for the "old ways" and trust God. Your children- all of them- will thank you for it.
I really like your Miss Lily.
Thanks for sharing your lovely stories and congrats on 300
The patterns i like are the miss madeline and the last skirt you have shown. For the life of me i can't remember the name. That is what 3 little girls does to my brain ;-) kmmarsmith@gmail.com
I would love to have the Miss Molly pattern. So cute. jjrenn at sbcglobal dot net
We already have the Miss Madeline and Miss Lily patterns (in both sizes :o) ). I would love to try the Miss Molly pattern, too.
I would love the Miss Madeline pattern as the sizes are a bit larger and my sweet little girls are getting so big so fast!
Have a great day!

A little about me, well, I adore your patterns and enjoy being a "follower". I am mom to two, one boy, one girl. I have a sewing machine, barely used because it still intimidates me! I've made my daughter a few skirts and have started a quilt top for her too. I need to pull the machine out of it's box (we moved a month ago) and finish that quilt! I'm also a procrastinator. ;) Breaking that habit is really hard! I love to sew and your Miss Madeline and Miss Lily patterns are my very favorites (though I love the others too!). So in the small chance that I'd win you'd have to choose which pattern to send me, cuz I can't pick.
Congratulations on 300+ posts! Wow!
I love your tutorial posts, they are great. And very helpful.
My favourite pattern is Miss Madeline.
Congratulations on your 300th post!
I'd love Miss Molly.
I think I would want to win the Miss Iris skirt. I think... lol.
Thank you for sharing your creations with us. Blessings to you!
I would love to win the Miss Madeline!

Your blog was the first
"pattern/sewing" blog that I came to and you have inspired me to sew again. I have been making dolls and clothes for my girls this summer and enjoying it!
Should I be selected to win one of your patterns, I would choose Miss Madeline (6 months-4 years).
Happy 300th post!
I've had three of them, five babies in total. And finally, after four years and forty grand, I got my little girl (after a short and difficult pregnancy.) And a reason to sew pretty dresses.
Your post struck a chord for me - and from the comments, many others.
So, thanks! Can't wait for hubby to get a job so I can buy 'pitty dess' patterns (my toddler's term).
Ann
Thanks for all the inspiration and laughs.
I also love your summer posts - given that we are in the middle of winter here in Australia when you have your summer holidays it's lovely to read of sunny activities.
I have your Miss Madeline in the smaller sizes but would love to win it in the larger sizes to fit my ever growing brood of three girls.
Thanks for the chance to win.
My fav posting was the hillbilly jacuzzi. I have been tempted to put bubble bath in my daughter's wading pool and have her squeaky clean befor she comes into the house. I'm glad you guys are adopting, some kid is going to be very lucky. My favorite pattern is Miss Madeline.
yours
linda
I adore your new bubble skirt pattern. How happy I am you make it all the way up to size 16. I have 3 little girls who surely could use a couple bubble skirts each! I hope you keep writing patterns & continue posting for at-least another 300. Congratulations!

On another note, I have no idea how much hurt there must still be, but I can only imagine. I regularly read your blog and just want you to know that we are praying for you - especially on the year anniversary.
I would love to try the Miss Lily dress.
If I'm not too late, please count me in! I would love a Miss Lily for my little Milly!
Reading your blog & talking to you feels like home to this Southern girl. And I love your tutorials! I am praying for you now. Miss Molly or one of your baby bootie crochet patterns would round out my collection.
Warmly,
Stacey

I'd have to go with the Miss Iris pattern, I think it would make darling uniform skirts.
Keep on bloggin' Sam!
The only dress I don't have yet is Miss Lily for little girls, so I'd love to win it!
