We have a creeper!







 



  



 


 While getting ready to go swimming this morning, with 4 of my 5 in suits, this little girl, who never causes a stir, did just that! She got up on her chubby little knees (like she has been practicing for days) and creeped forward! She was immediately surrounded by her four biggest fans and was cheered on enthusiastically! I kept back and took pictures with a happy heart. You see, being a part of a big family can sometimes be overwhelming when something you've done causes  4 other siblings to be upset at you all at once, but boy what a celebration we can have when you've done well!! It sure does make up for the hard times!! Big family politics, it's good stuff. :) xo

New triple bunks.

Ben designed new bunk beds for the "girl's dorm" and "boy's dorm" in our house. We LOVE them!! We are almost done with all of the work, just a few loose ends left to tie up, but I couldn't wait to show off his handy-work. This is the girl set. We stained them with colored stain and we really like how that turned out. It's almost the color of cranberries. I still need to paint the boards that are attached to the wall. I'm going to paint them the color of the wall so that it looks like the beds are floating. :)  This is the boy set while still under construction. We ordered new bunk mattresses, but they haven't come in yet. I will show you guys pictures when they are completely finished. We stained these green, it looks like the color of bamboo.
