Triple bunk bed plans

We now know the meaning of viral! Ha! That's exactly what happened to the triple bunk bed plans. When the idea came to give them away for free our thought was that a few other big families out there may like the idea and we would be able to help them out. Over the last few months being able to share the triple bunks for free has brought us many new big-family friends and that has been very exciting! We never dreamed that the idea would be this popular! Unfortunately, it has also brought a lot of spam, negative attention, and more email than we can keep up with. We recently decided that the best way to deal with this problem would be to charge a small fee for the plans, a price low enough that everyone would be able to afford them, but enough to deter the spam problems. We felt almost guilty for making the decision, but with a family of five children to raise and a home based business to run something just had to be done. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you still love us! :) You can now find the plans using THIS LINK.

That's to bad that you have had such a problem with spam and bad email overload. I just love the triple bunks... I am sure when the time comes to put my three girls in one room it will be something that we will have to do and I know where I will be looking for the pattern. Keep up all the amazing projects that you and your family do. I come to this site for creative inspiration and on tips on dealing with a larger family. Thanks again,

Why do you need plans? Just look at the picture and you can figure it out

It's a shame that someone being helpful gets bombarded to that extent. I was looking at a post that I found via Pinterest about making a blanket on another blog yesterday. The idea was simple, well photographed, well explained and she mentioned she might make a video later to show the process. In the comments section, there followed dozens and dozens of posts asking the author to email them personally to explain this concept or that concept which were actually explained in the post itself. They wanted her to take more picture and send them to them via email. They said they couldn't find the video and wanted her to send them a link to the video--hello--she said she hadn't made one yet. I couldn't figure out if these people were just that ignorant and self centered to want a stranger to coddle them so they could take advantage of her free idea? Or were these sophisticated spammers who were doing it to be mean or for other nefarious reasons?

Either way, it made me wonder why someone would continue to blog and provide great content with all of that hassle. So I understand where you're coming from! Good for you to figure out a way to compensate and not hurt your family. :-)

We used your plans this past fall to build bunks for our three girls (adjusted just a bit to fit the height of the ceiling!). What a blessing the plans were, and totally worth the weight of a few pennies if I had to do it again!

Oh don't feel badly about that! It is completely ok to be compensated for your creativity and work!

The Handmade Dress Infomercial: Do you suffer from scrached DVD's?

Do your children cry when they can't watch their favorite movie because of irritating scratches? Are you sick of paying good money for movies that are scratched minutes after you take them from the case? Do you often wish that we could just go back to VHS because you could leave them out in the rain, bring them in and use them for a coaster, and then let the baby throw it for fun and it would STILL WORK!? ME TOO ! . We have struggled for years with scratched movies that were no longer watchable, but not anymore! We have finally found the secret formula to rid you of this nasty little problem forever! . Crest Kids Toothpaste! YES, that's what I said! Kids toothpaste! . A few months back I heard some place that toothpaste would take of scratches and I tried it and it didn't work, then the other day out of pure desperation I tried it my way. IT WORKED! So I decided this kind of news could not be kept secret, I have to tell the world! So I

New triple bunks.

Ben designed new bunk beds for the "girl's dorm" and "boy's dorm" in our house. We LOVE them!! We are almost done with all of the work, just a few loose ends left to tie up, but I couldn't wait to show off his handy-work. This is the girl set. We stained them with colored stain and we really like how that turned out. It's almost the color of cranberries. I still need to paint the boards that are attached to the wall. I'm going to paint them the color of the wall so that it looks like the beds are floating. :)  This is the boy set while still under construction. We ordered new bunk mattresses, but they haven't come in yet. I will show you guys pictures when they are completely finished. We stained these green, it looks like the color of bamboo. The kids LOVE these beds! And oh the space we have now! I'll be back soon with finished pictures! xo, Sam If any of you make beds using these plans could you send us a picture? We
