What?! HELP!

I have always taken a girl and boy Gymboree (or Janie and Jack) outfit (with the blanket to match) to the hospital, because I love to dress my babies in something cute for when people come to visit. I have always been able to get preemie sizes at Gymboree too which makes me very happy because my babies are little and short. BUT!! Today when I went over to the Gymboree website to look around I was shocked! First off they don't have any pretty sleepers (they have outfits, but you have to buy several pieces and shoes, I just want a one-piece), second they don't have many matching blankets, and third I couldn't find any preemie sizes! What happened in the last five years? Did people stop using blankets? And I love those sweet little soft sleepers that they used to carry. They were dressy enough to go out in (like to the first doctors visit) but still soft and comfy, and oh how it pleased me to have a matching blanket to swaddle and nurse under. What am I going to do? I need your help! Is there another store now that sells those little sets in preemie? Or maybe a website? I wanted to go ahead and get something now while the winter stuff is out....any ideas?

EDITED TO ADD: This is the type of stuff I like...

I really would like this better as a one piece sleeper, but it's so cute I could compromise!

Check Carters... I don't know if they have a website or if you would just have to look on Babies R Us or department store websites. They usually have lines that coordinate, so I would think you could find something with a matching blanket. Good luck!

I saw something pretty at Carters. I don't know if they had the preemie size, but they did have some pretty white things with some classic accents. Baby Gap used to be a great place for those wonderful blankets and sleepers too, but I think they may have stopped carrying them now too. Hmmm...also look and see what Nordstrom's has online. I haven't looked this year, but have had luck there in the past. And what about Hannah Andersen or Strasburg Children?

You are so good at embellishment that you might be interested in Martha Pullen's baby items. The only draw back is that the smallest size I see is three months.

They do have blankets too.

Gymboree still has blankets and preemie stuff under their newborn collection. I'd call a store since it looks like online they don't have as much. :P Check eBay too.

As shocking as it sounds - Old Navy has some adorable one piece outfits WITH blankets! Pretty unoriginal, I know.
that middle one is the one i had for mary margaret in the hospital!!
for her to come home i got a cashmere (splurge, i know) one-piece with matching hat...but i forgot where.

Check out the layette section. The signature stuff is usually the plainest (solids) but I think you may find a lot to like there, and they carry preemie sizes, too. They're actually a sister company to Gymboree, and I think their clothing is prettier.

it is so hard to find sweet clothing at all anymore, even for babies! i wanted to second some of the suggestions. my favorite cotton outfits for my babies came from kissy kissy. there are several places online that sell it and you can usually find some steals on ebay, too. you will love it! it is so soft and perfectly sweet for babies. fyi, it does run a little small, so you might want to plan accordingly. they do carry premie sizes and matching blankets, too. kelly's kids recently came out with a sweet cotton layette section with cute gowns. and, shockingly, old navy has had sweeter looking things the past few seasons. baby gap also has a basics line in the newborn area that includes cotton gowns and simple sets. good luck and happy shopping!

The Handmade Dress Infomercial: Do you suffer from scrached DVD's?

Do your children cry when they can't watch their favorite movie because of irritating scratches? Are you sick of paying good money for movies that are scratched minutes after you take them from the case? Do you often wish that we could just go back to VHS because you could leave them out in the rain, bring them in and use them for a coaster, and then let the baby throw it for fun and it would STILL WORK!? ME TOO ! . We have struggled for years with scratched movies that were no longer watchable, but not anymore! We have finally found the secret formula to rid you of this nasty little problem forever! . Crest Kids Toothpaste! YES, that's what I said! Kids toothpaste! . A few months back I heard some place that toothpaste would take of scratches and I tried it and it didn't work, then the other day out of pure desperation I tried it my way. IT WORKED! So I decided this kind of news could not be kept secret, I have to tell the world! So I

New triple bunks.

Ben designed new bunk beds for the "girl's dorm" and "boy's dorm" in our house. We LOVE them!! We are almost done with all of the work, just a few loose ends left to tie up, but I couldn't wait to show off his handy-work. This is the girl set. We stained them with colored stain and we really like how that turned out. It's almost the color of cranberries. I still need to paint the boards that are attached to the wall. I'm going to paint them the color of the wall so that it looks like the beds are floating. :)  This is the boy set while still under construction. We ordered new bunk mattresses, but they haven't come in yet. I will show you guys pictures when they are completely finished. We stained these green, it looks like the color of bamboo. The kids LOVE these beds! And oh the space we have now! I'll be back soon with finished pictures! xo, Sam If any of you make beds using these plans could you send us a picture? We
