Botox gone bad....really bad....

OK, so it wasn't Botox, but I have had swollen lips THREE times this week! I figured if I have to look this silly somebody outta get a good laugh out of it! LOL! Too bad it's not both sides of my mouth instead of just the right side, I'd be "stylin and profilin" then! Back in 2006 I used to do this almost everyday, but they eventually found out that it was an autoimmune reaction to my rotting gallbladder. As soon as they took that nasty thing out the reactions stopped for good. Until now. I sure hope if it's another organ-gone-bad that it's one I can live without! LOL! If you think this one is funny I dare you to search "lips" on my blog and see what comes up! It's good stuff. (Nobody get all worried, I have an epipen, my husband is a paramedic, and I can tell if it's getting bad fast. I'm pretty well equipped.)

I'm working on Easter dresses (and maybe another cute pattern) so I will be back soon with lots of sewing! xoxo, Sam

PS. LOL! I just had this funny (probably Benadryl induced) thought! How hilarious would it be if this picture seriously ended up in Google as a "Botox gone bad" image?! It would be my luck! LOL! OK, off to bed with my delirous self....

Sam, you look adorable even with your botox lips. I hope this is just an anomaly and nothing is wrong.

It doesn't look that bad. I think you probably feel worse than it looks. I used to get allergies on my face too. And I still don't know what I'm allergic too. Perhaps I should look at "organs gone bad". It's awful when it hurts to laugh...but I see you're up there in the joking it off department.

Take care. Feel better soon.
What are we all doing up in the middle of the night??? And blogging too? Oh wait I have been up so long, its morning now.
You title with pic cracks me up. But only in context of the title. You really don't look that bad. But I do hope it is something innocuous like an allergic reaction to something in the air or something you ate. Will be hilarious if people find your blog via 'Botox gone bad pics'!

Hi Sam!
I agree with Goosegirl- you're adorable inspite of bad botox! ;o) Oh and guess what?! I'm almost finally finished with my Madeline (thanks to Momma)- just finishing up some embroidery on her! The dress minus embroidery is on my blog and I will post the finished product tonight or tomorrow! It's so adorable!

The Handmade Dress Infomercial: Do you suffer from scrached DVD's?

Do your children cry when they can't watch their favorite movie because of irritating scratches? Are you sick of paying good money for movies that are scratched minutes after you take them from the case? Do you often wish that we could just go back to VHS because you could leave them out in the rain, bring them in and use them for a coaster, and then let the baby throw it for fun and it would STILL WORK!? ME TOO ! . We have struggled for years with scratched movies that were no longer watchable, but not anymore! We have finally found the secret formula to rid you of this nasty little problem forever! . Crest Kids Toothpaste! YES, that's what I said! Kids toothpaste! . A few months back I heard some place that toothpaste would take of scratches and I tried it and it didn't work, then the other day out of pure desperation I tried it my way. IT WORKED! So I decided this kind of news could not be kept secret, I have to tell the world! So I

New triple bunks.

Ben designed new bunk beds for the "girl's dorm" and "boy's dorm" in our house. We LOVE them!! We are almost done with all of the work, just a few loose ends left to tie up, but I couldn't wait to show off his handy-work. This is the girl set. We stained them with colored stain and we really like how that turned out. It's almost the color of cranberries. I still need to paint the boards that are attached to the wall. I'm going to paint them the color of the wall so that it looks like the beds are floating. :)  This is the boy set while still under construction. We ordered new bunk mattresses, but they haven't come in yet. I will show you guys pictures when they are completely finished. We stained these green, it looks like the color of bamboo. The kids LOVE these beds! And oh the space we have now! I'll be back soon with finished pictures! xo, Sam If any of you make beds using these plans could you send us a picture? We
