There is no need to worry....I will just be away for a few days to get my thoughts together. It's been a hard week here and I'm feeling a little scattered....I haven't been able to write for days, I don't know why (or maybe I do and I just don't want to talk about it) but I know it will all come back to me soon. So until I have something worth saying I will be hugging my babies extra tight, thanking God for my precious friends and family, and sewing like a mad woman for Quilt Market. See you soon. xoxo, Samantha
Do your children cry when they can't watch their favorite movie because of irritating scratches? Are you sick of paying good money for movies that are scratched minutes after you take them from the case? Do you often wish that we could just go back to VHS because you could leave them out in the rain, bring them in and use them for a coaster, and then let the baby throw it for fun and it would STILL WORK!? ME TOO ! . We have struggled for years with scratched movies that were no longer watchable, but not anymore! We have finally found the secret formula to rid you of this nasty little problem forever! . Crest Kids Toothpaste! YES, that's what I said! Kids toothpaste! . A few months back I heard some place that toothpaste would take of scratches and I tried it and it didn't work, then the other day out of pure desperation I tried it my way. IT WORKED! So I decided this kind of news could not be kept secret, I have to tell the world! So I ...

Breaks are good. I step away for a little while always helps me to refocus and remember the bigger picture. Hope you and your family are well!
You have such cute patterns... I am glad you are doing the larger girl sizes now... thanks!
I have a questions that I saw you post about way back... I have some old embroidered pillow cases, most seem to be cotton/poly blends. I want to wash them and get the yellowish stains out. I heard you mention cascade dw detergent. What's the process??? And how much should I use??? Will you share your hot tip with me... Maria
Maria,
I just fill my sink with water and squirt maybe 1/4 cup of cascade in (the original white colored cascade) and let it soak. Sometimes it's perfect in an hour and sometimes it takes soaking all day, but it almost always works. Be careful though, I have noticed that it bleaches out colors so I only use it on mostly white linens and I check it often. After it has soaked I rinse well with water and hand wash to make sure all of the cascade is out. That's it. Let me know how it goes!
xoxo,
Samantha
