Have you ever had one of those bad dreams that keep coming back over and over? That's what I have felt like I was living in for the last two weeks, and I couldn't escape. I rarely get depressed but when I do I find it very hard to feel normal for a while, I either cry at everything or don't feel any emotion at all...but now I feel like myself again...ahhh! This song came to mind today while I was thinking about how good it felt to feel good again (physically and mentally). I love this song!
Ben designed new bunk beds for the "girl's dorm" and "boy's dorm" in our house. We LOVE them!! We are almost done with all of the work, just a few loose ends left to tie up, but I couldn't wait to show off his handy-work. This is the girl set. We stained them with colored stain and we really like how that turned out. It's almost the color of cranberries. I still need to paint the boards that are attached to the wall. I'm going to paint them the color of the wall so that it looks like the beds are floating. :) This is the boy set while still under construction. We ordered new bunk mattresses, but they haven't come in yet. I will show you guys pictures when they are completely finished. We stained these green, it looks like the color of bamboo. The kids LOVE these beds! And oh the space we have now! I'll be back soon with finished pictures! xo, Sam If any of you make beds using these plans could you send us a picture? We ...

I'm so glad the sun has come out. I've been praying for you and looking forward to this post.
I love your pictures. I can surely relate to you, children grow up waaaay too fast. I rock mine to sleep, too and am enjoying every last drop.
As far as sunshine, well here it's about to snow! And, tomorrow we head to northern Ohio, where it's snowing for sure. The kids will be thrilled to see the snow, but this mama doesn't like to be cold.
It was in the 60s a couple of days ago.
Love ya!
I am glad you are feeling better. I smiled to hear "Here Comes The Sun" playing. That has always been India's "Daddy Special Song". When she was tiny, he would play and sing it to her. She made him promise that he would play it at her wedding. Now she is 18 and that wedding may not be too many years in the future. Like you, I want to enjoy every moment of the years I have with my babies. These years fly by much too fast. And I am so grateful for the time with my children.
thanks a lot!
I just wanted to say that you take wonderful pictures!
